Does it cost anything to use the board?
No. Searching, saving jobs, setting alerts and applying are free.
Do I need an account to apply?
Many jobs send you to the employer's own site to apply, and you don't need an account for those. Jobs that take applications here ask for your name, email and resume. An account lets you save jobs, track your applications and apply in one click.
How do job alerts work?
Search for the kind of job you want, then choose "Email Me These Jobs." We'll email you new matching jobs daily or weekly. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
How current are the listings?
Most jobs are brought in automatically from each employer's own careers page several times a day, with the full job description, and come down when the employer closes them. Jobs posted here stay up for up to 90 days unless the employer closes them sooner.
What does the member badge mean?
It means the employer is a current CCAPP or NBHAP member program. Members are verified organizations in the field.
Who can see my profile and resume?
Employers with an account on the board can find job seeker profiles. You choose what to share, and you can make your profile private or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
I think a job listing is fake or wrong. What do I do?
Use "Report this job" on the job page. Our team checks every report.

How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting is free. You can also feature a job for 30 days for $50. Featured jobs get a badge and show above standard listings.
Why do member jobs show first?
Current CCAPP and NBHAP member programs get free featured listings and first place in every search as a member benefit. Paid featured jobs come next, then everyone else.
Can my jobs come in automatically?
Yes. On Post a Job, choose "Connect your careers page" and paste the link to your openings. We recognize most applicant systems, including BambooHR, Paylocity, iCIMS, UKG, Paycom, Greenhouse, ADP, JazzHR, Jobvite, Teamtailor and Workday. New openings appear here automatically and come down when you fill them.
Do new employer accounts need approval?
No. Every sign-up is screened automatically for spam and fake organizations, and employers confirm their work email. As soon as you click the link in that email, your account is active and your jobs go live when you post them.
Our organization is already on the board. How do we take over the profile?
Open your organization's profile and choose "Claim This Profile," or sign up with your work email. If your email matches your organization's website, the profile is connected once you confirm your email. Otherwise our team checks and connects you.
Where do applications go?
You choose when you post: applications here go to your employer dashboard (with an email for each one), or applicants go to your website or send you an email.
Can I see how my jobs are doing?
Yes. Your analytics show how often your jobs appear in search, how many people open them and how many click to apply, job by job.
